I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve done a beauty review. Ever since I came back from Utah, I feel like I fell behind and every time I think I’m right on track, I’m not.
Anyway, I’m back with reviews and I hope to keep this going even after I start school.
So let’s get right to it!!
I want to review NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk because I use it ALL the time. I absolutely love this pencil! I can’t remember where I first saw this or who I saw using it (probably YouTube).
Size: 0.18 oz
Product Description from NYX:
A radiant eye liner that also doubles as an eye shadow. Made with a blend of mineral oil and powder our creamy Jumbo Eye Pencils glide on effortlessly—no pulling tugging or fading—and come in a rainbow of vivid hues. Our most voluptuous pencil yet! Our Jumbo Eye Pencils can be sharpened with a sharpener that has an opening for a large pencil.

Formula & Application:
The formula is so soft and creamy and easy to blend. It doesn’t tug on your skin and I love how easy it is to apply it onto your eyelid.
Ever since I saw it being used, I just knew I had to get it. It really does accentuate other eyeshadow colors and I honestly use it every time I do a colorful look. Every shadow appears more vibrant and I love that this doubles as an eyeliner. By far, the creamiest I’ve used on my waterline.
Left is not blended, right is blended
With Eyeshadows from ELF Marble Palette & BH Cosmetics 88 Shimmer Palette:
So I know the line isn’t straight, but on the left are shadows without the NYX JEP, and on the right the shadows are more vibrant as you can see. I recommend this pencil to be used with colors because they stand out a bit more. Overall, I think the swatches speak for themselves.
- Creamy formula
- Colors appear vibrant
- Easy application
- Easy to blend
- Doubles as eyeshadow & waterline
- Can be sharpened
- Long lasting
- A little goes a long way
I highly recommend this pencil. I’m sure everyone has heard of it already and/or has seen a beauty guru on YouTube who uses it religiously.
Have you ever tried this pencil? How did you like it? Also, what other shades do you all recommend? 🙂
