UNBOXING — May 2019 Boxycharm

Heyy dolls!

I have my unboxing of this month’s Boxycharm, I’m honestly so so excited about this one. For once I feel like I might actually like all the products so I will* be keeping everything to try! I feel like that hasn’t happened in a very long time, lol!

Anyway, let’s get started and let me tell you what I think so far!

First Impressions:

So I obviously have already tried these products in my video, so feel free to watch. If not, I will tell you briefly what I think of each item so far..

The GlamGlow gel cleanser felt nice and creamy, though a bit thick. It left my skin feeling soft. I will have to keep trying it to see if I will like it for summer, I don’t think I’ve tried a gel cleanser that felt as thick as this one did, but that should be no big deal.

The Mellow Brow Definer definitely reminded me of the Benefit Precisely, My Brow Pencil, but it does have a triangular tip and it worries me that it won’t retain its shape as I use it overtime, which may affect its performance. I really like the formula though.

I’m still not sure about the Ciate London creme eyeshadow. I tried it without primer but I forgot to check if it creased, so I will be playing around a bit more with this because there’s many ways to use it.

I loved Alamar‘s Reina del Caribe Vol. 1 eyeshadow palette and their brush trio, so I was ecstatic to see ANOTHER product by them! Though I’m not sure how the darker shades will look on me, I really liked the formula, blendable and buildable, just how I like them!

Lastly, the Dose of Colors lipstick which is a first! I so stoked that to I finally get to try this brand, I’ve heard nothing but good things and was amazed by the quality of the formula. So so good! I also love the shade that I got, it’s going to be perfect for the summer.

P.S. I realize I don’t have photos of the products OUT of their packaging, I’m so sorry! I must have forgotten!  😦
