Happy Tuesday my dolls!

- Appeal Cosmetics Holographic Lip Gloss

Mini Product Review:
You guys already know my thoughts on Luxie. LOVE them! Love all their brushes I have received, I think these are gorgeous and as always, amazingly soft!
Cruelty Free? Yes!
Appeal Cosmetics
Holographic Lip Gloss in Trendsetter
Quick Description & Claims:
Deliver intense, holographic shine to your lips with this Appeal Cosmetics exclusive launch. The holographic lip gloss works well alone or on top of your favorite lippie, giving it a multidimensional, argan oil infused shine.
Mini Product Review:
I was expecting this to be a super gorgeous holographic lip gloss but was severely disappointed. There’s literally no sparkle AT ALL. It just looks like a plain lip gloss, not happy about it. I did try it on top of a few lipsticks and still nothing seemed to show up. Nada. A let down. I don’t know if I want to keep it, or use it to create a glossy lid look that I’ve seen around lately. Maybe I’ll just toss it, who knows.. Anyway, not good, don’t recommend, don’t understand the high price tag for something so underwhelming.
Cruelty Free? Could not find this anywhere, so let’s assume NO.
Artist Couture
Diamond Glow Powder Highlighter in Summer Haze
Quick Description & Claims:
This all-natural, vegan, and cruelty-free loose powder highlight can be used on the eyes, lips, face and body. The versatile formula is highly pigmented and suitable for all skin tones! Create a subtle luminous finish or layer on for an unreal glow!
Mini Product Review:
I have been wanting to try these loose powder highlights for soooo long! And now that I’ve got one I can see why they’re so good! The powder is so finely milled and is gorgeous! I don’t usually go for loose powder highlighters because it can get a bit messy, but just a quick spritz of setting spray on a brush and that works out quite alright.
Cruelty Free? YES! This shade is VEGAN but those containing Carmine are NOT.
PÜR The Complexion Authority
Festival Pressed Pigment Palette
Quick Description & Claims:
Unleash the ultimate festival vibes with this limited-edition 12-piece pressed pigment palette that’s complete with bold, imaginative pigments that elevate your look for any occasion. From boho inspired metallics, to eye-catching glitters, each cruelty free shade is infused with skin-loving ingredients!
Mini Product Review:
I already posted my full in-depth review on Saturday, so I won’t go into too much detail here. I did like it, I think the formula is great. I did have some trouble with the shade Gypsy (purple), but other than that, I think the overall performance and consistency was good. Definitely a learning curve with the glitters but as I said, the formula is great! (I provide a few tips on how to use the glitters in my full review).
Cruelty Free? YES!

Overall I think it was a good box, not the best nor the worst. I think I’m most excited about the brushes, but the other products were still pretty decent. Cannot wait to share my thoughts on my May box soon AND I also cannot wait to see our June BoxyLuxe!

I had heard the same and the hype is real! So good! I just dislike the messiness that comes with loose powders. Either way, amazing quality!

Exactly, me too! I usually don’t go for loose powders or pigments ever.

Didn’t Hunida blog about that same brush set?! They look so familiar, lol. AND they remind me of a sunset, like on the beach. So pretty!! ❤
What a disappointment about that lip gloss! I can't believe it didn't have any sparkle at all. What a shame.

100% agree with everything you said about the brushes & the lipgloss! I still haven’t tried that highlighter yet because I don’t want to deal with the mess so thank you for including the little spray technqiue– will def try it that way! Can’t wait to see what you get in your BoxyLuxe, I haven’t been emailed any spoilers for this month! I already got my regular box though & am so disappointed, I almost want to cancel. 😭

Yass! Glad you agree! LOL.
You might still have a bit of a mess even with the setting spray. That just helps the product stick to both the brush AND you skin, but there will still be fallout. Which is the worst thing about loose powders.
Oh no!! I can’t wait to see what you got to make you want to cancel. So many people are loving theirs so I’m curious to see what you got.

The shimmers in my HUDA palette are not nice but you’ve given me the idea to wet them with setting spray now. Will try it! Thanks for all the tips!! ❤
Ugh I am just sick of Tarte palettes, they suck lol.
