Tangerine Cut-Crease MOTD feat. Colourpop Orange You Glad

Hi dolls!

It feels like I haven’t done a proper lookbook/MOTD in a while and I really really miss it. I’m going to have so much more free time to do makeup and all my hobbies so expect to see more makeup looks once again. I still have several palettes that I haven’t started using yet, sadly.

I’m sure you guys remember when I purchased this palette, if not, you may remember when I posted them a few months back. These little palettes were on sale and I just had to get them, I also got a few for my sister as well. I’ve very much enjoyed reaching for these ever since and I got the idea to use one per season because it seemed fitting. I cannot wait to do all the lookbooks and the palette reviews. I’ve already done one lookbook for In A Trance in case you missed it.

This is the Orange You Glad palette.
As you can see, very beautiful and a gorgeous range of orange tones.

This time I wanted to show-case this specific look because it was the first I created and it was so striking and bright. I’m sure you guys are tired of seeing orange looks. I’ve done them so often over the years but I cannot help myself. Let’s goo!

Tangerine Cut-Crease MOTD

Shades used: Rise n Grind, Creamsicle, Zested, Ya Peel Me, Tangerine Dreams
I cannot remember the lip shade or falsies used, sorry!

The eyelid shade (Tangerine Dreams) had a bigger punch than I was expecting. It is super gorgeous, bright, shimmery and it looked amazing under the sunlight (if only I had taken such pictures).

I still remember wearing this eye look. It was stunning, I felt great in it, and it had been a while since I had done my makeup so I felt accomplished for not completely losing my skills. πŸ™‚

I’m still currently working on a full lookbook for this palette, but know it’s coming. πŸ˜‰

What makeup looks have you been gravitating towards lately?
