Brand Focus & Review: Zoë Ayla [Sponsored]

Hello dolls!

Some months ago, the brand Zoë Ayla reached out to me to see if I wanted to test and review some of their products in exchange of said products. Of course I said yes, and they let me pick what I wanted.

I got all this from Walmart as they carry this brand online, I’m not sure if it’s also sold in-store. If I remember correctly, they gave me like a $40 credit, and believe it or not, that got me plenty. I went back to check and you can still find a bunch of these products online at Walmart for much less than Zoë Ayla’s actual website. In fact, I actually recommend that because the products are like 40% to 60% off through Walmart. Anyway, I’ll take you through each item in this post and hopefully you can make your own informed opinion on whether you’d buy it or not.

Disclosure: products were sent to me complimentary in exchange for reviews.

Turban Hair Towels

Zoë Ayla’s super absorbent hair turban dries faster, easily and gently.

How To Use:

Gather your hair together. Place the larger side of the turban on your head with the narrower side in front of your face. Twist it and secure it back with the button. Hang to dry.

These turban towels came in handy and have actually been my favorite to use for my frizz-prone hair. For so many years I’ve been using cotton towels and they never helped tame my hair, in fact they were the worst towels ever, I don’t know why I didn’t make the switch sooner.

Anyway, I highly recommend these. I exclusively use these and I am thinking of buying more because they’re just that good! Even though my hair is getting longer, these still are really great and I can always tuck the ends of my hair in, wrap it and secure the button. It doesn’t come apart and I can continue with my skincare routine. They’re also travel friendly, I usually just roll them up and put them in my makeup case.

5 in 1 Cleansing Brush Set

This Zoë Ayla cleansing brush set is the key to reveal radiant skin. It gently exfoliates and cleanses makeup and dirt from pores, keeping your face smooth and refreshed.

Different Cleansing Heads

I’ve never used a cleanser quite like this and I must say I truly enjoyed having the ability to change the heads based on my needs.

This cleansing set is so cool and comes with 5 interchangeable waterproof heads! What more could I ask for?

Types & Textures of Heads:

  • Exfoliating Brush Head for gentle exfoliation (on the cleanser)
  • Flat Pumice Head for removing tough skin
  • Massager Head for face and body massaging
  • Sponge Head for removing makeup
  • Rounded Pumice Head for removing calluses

This cleanser also has 2 speed modes that make cleansing a breeze, even for sensitive skin. The set pairs well with all facial cleansers, so you can use your favorite one, you can use it daily, and it is compact and perfect for travel!

Tropical Microfiber Headband

This microfiber headband is a great tool to hold your hair in place while you wash your face, apply your favorite face mask, do your makeup, etc. Stretchable for a comfortable fit and machine washable to reuse.

  • Water absorbent
  • Machine washable
  • Ideal for traveling

I love using this headband because it stays in place, it’s stretchy, machine washable, and perfect for any use. I can use while I wash my face, use a mask, or just to keep my hair away from my face while I do my makeup. They do have other patters/styles/designs, but I picked this one because I loved the color combination.

Dual Facial Brush

Zoë Ayla’s Dual brush is suitable for all skin types. The soft bristles will minimize the dryness and appearance of fine lines, while the silicone pad helps to support natural skin cell renewal, exfoliates and is very easy to wash and dry.

Even though the other cleanser has 5 detachable heads and is all-in-one, sometimes I just want to use another cleanser when I don’t have as much time to do a full routine, or simply when I feel lazy. This might be a favorite, if I’m being honest. One side has super soft bristles that feel gentle on the skin, while the opposite side has a silicon pad that wonderfully exfoliates while also being gentle.

Typically when I use this brush, I do a double cleanse. I remove traces of makeup that my makeup remover might not have gotten with the soft bristles side with a foaming cleanser. Then I rinse and use a gel cleanser with the silicon pad to further cleanse, massage the skin, and exfoliate all at once.

This brush is also super easy to clean. I usually just rub the bristles and silicon pad against the back of my hand as soon as I finish my washing routine, and I leave it out to try standing, or lay it down on a towel to dry. I do wait for it to fully dry before using again and I like to take care of the bristles the same way I would take care of my makeup brushes.

Makeup Removing Cloths

Remove all traces of makeup with Zoë Ayla’s makeup remover cloth. Just add a little water and wipe away your mascara, eyeliner, foundation, lipstick and more! Leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth

  • Perfect for sensitive skin
  • Reusable
  • Machine washable
  • Ideal for traveling

I don’t know why I don’t have a separate photo of these laid out, but you can see the pink one pictured with the 5-in-1 cleansing set. Anyway, these are basically the same size as the makeup removing towels you see all over the place. They’re made of the same material as others and do a fantastic job at removing all of my makeup. I love just throwing them on the washing machine and they come out super clean. I’ve had to hand wash some in the past before throwing them in the wash because the eyeliner or mascara didn’t come off them, but I’ve had no trouble with these at all. Highly recommend.

That is it my dolls, I hope you enjoyed this little deep dive into this amazing brand. I actually tried one of their products once before getting all of this and I liked them from the start. I also have a makeup brush set from this brand that I got as a gift from one of my good friends. Maybe I can do a post about that another time if you’re interested.

Stay tuned for Friday, I have an MOTD to share that I really loved creating!
Have a great week! xx
