No7 Skincare Influenster VoxBox Review

Got another review for you, but this time it’s skincare and it’s several products!

Thanks to Influenster for sending me this voxbox complimentary for testing. I’ve just about finished with the majority of the products at this point and I really enjoyed them so I thought reviewing everything for you would be nice in case you guys are looking for similar products.

Protect & Perfect Intense Advanced
Fragrance Free Day Cream SPF 30

Product Overview:

This day cream felt really great on my skin. I like that it has SPF and it didn’t make my t-zone oily as other spf moisturizers do. The texture is a bit thick, but it sinks well into the skin. It’s a good alternative to what I already have and also a great one for winter. I do also like the texture of this cream, it’s really nice for an SPF moisturizer.

What else?

With HA (hyaluronic acid) which is amazing for hydrating the skin.
Formulated with ginseng extracts to fight the look of tiredness and fatigue.
Suitable for sensitive skin.

Laboratories Line Correcting Booster Serum

Product Overview:

No7 Line Correcting Booster Serum visibly reduces wrinkles in one week.* It’s formulated with MATRIXYL 3000 PLUS™. Apply this serum before moisturizers, oils, primers and makeup. You can also use as a booster by mixing 1 or 2 drops into your moisturizer, eye cream or foundation to supercharge your favorite product with a boost of line-smoothing power.

This serum feels lightweight and sinks into the skin fast. I don’t have fine lines yet, so I cannot exactly comment on their claim that appearance of lines and wrinkles are reduced with consistent use of this product. Even so, I still think it’s a good idea to implement anti-aging products into our skincare as it’s never too late. This is more of a preventative product for me, I tend to concentrate it on my forehead, outer corners of my eyes for crows feet, smile lines and neck.

I do also like the packaging and method of dispensing the product, up and out. It leaves nothing inside the tube, neat!

Pure Retinol Eye Cream

This was the first retinol eye cream that I’ve ever tried. It felt very gentle in my under eye area. At first, I worried because retinol can make skin extra sensitive, but I was honestly surprised. No stinging or burning, and my skin felt smooth and looked brighter with continued use.

This was my first time trying a retinol concentrate with more retinol content than I’ve used before. I had to slowly introduce this into my skincare routine and now a days, I use it two to three times a week max. My skin feels pretty good and I think this product has helped my acne prone skin a whole lot. It feels a little on the thick side but its still a lightweight product.

Pure Retinol Night Repair Cream

This rich retinol cream is formulated with Pure Retinol (No7’s most proven form of retinol) and a retinol optimizer encapsulation system that enhances pure retinol delivery. It also includes a retinol soother with bisabolol and shea butter, and MATRIXYL 3000 PLUS™.

This retinol cream is so so thick; more so than I’m used to. It does take a bit to sink into the skin and I felt like applying took a little more effort due to its viscosity. Even so, one of my favorite things to do with thicker creamers, is add a drop or two of facial oil, and that allows me to spread it out evenly. Mixing it with an oil also allows me to use the gua sha shortly after while the skin is slick.

I liked this cream in the colder months as it left my skin feeling nice, smooth, hydrated and moisturized. I have run out, but I am not entirely sure I would like such a thick cream in the summer. Still, I do recommend, purely because of the retinol. By far, one of my favorite products with retinol.

Can we appreciate the beautiful texture? Even though it’s thick, it feels very soft and smooth! ❤

What else?

Skin appears more even.
Hyperpigmentation looks reduced.
Fragrance free.

This was such a great box, and I honestly didn’t expect to get this many items. It’s practically a whole routine and I loved all the products. I have already purchased one of the products and plan on purchasing the rest as well once I finish a few other in my stash.

P.S. I had a lot of fun shooting with these products.
I felt like my crystals went well with this collection and the photos turned out amazing.
